Nervogrid Business Infrastructure is an IT infrastructure service provided by Nervogrid Oy. The service provides a complete IT infrastructure to companies with less than 500 users. The customer wanted to improve their service quality with Service Desk software.

Nervogrid wanted to find a stable, for a global actor suitable off-the-shelf software that is easy to deploy and with help of which it would be as simple as possible for end-users to send service requests. IBM Tivoli Service Request Manager represents modern architecture and is therefore suitable to be a part of Nervogrid IT infrastructure. The finished functionalities and configurability of the product enabled quick deployment. An advanced workflow engine enabled quick implementation and deployment of the business processes needed by the customer. For a small, but yet growing organization, Descom's agile delivery service and a flexible IBM licensing model proved to be a combination with a competitive price.
