TechnoSmart
TechnoSmart Oy provides fueling and driving monitoring system service to their customers working in the goods and passenger transport industry. TechnoSmart is responsible for Turn Key deliveries, and it supports and maintenance their delivered systems.
As the business grew, the company needed a system to serve customers without adding staff or losing quality of service. Besides software solution, TechnoSmart´s service includes also devices the defensive maintenance of which as well as customer-specific data maintenance should be monitored by using an appropriate tool instead of excel files. We implemented a centered service management system for TechnoSmart which their customers can easily send their service requests, failure alerts, requests for clarification, and spare parts orders to. In future, goal is to manage deliveries with help of the new system as a whole, especially control of installations, inspections, repairs and other tasks, as well as management reporting and monitoring related to those.
