I am a HR Manager because I want to have an influence on the well-being of our work community. I read all the job applications sent to us and I am involved in almost every interview. I like recruiting events, and I cooperate with schools. I am very passionate about my work, and I hope that I can sometimes inspire others, too.

My Descom, our Descom

Everyone has their own conception of what Descom is. My Descom can be totally different from that of another employee. Where is my work station? What route do I take to get coffee? Who do I meet during the day? My Descom is made of these. But what do I know about what is happening in the whole company?
