Hong Kong improves multichannel sales process with Product Information Management solution
Hong Kong Import Ltd owns and operates 21 department stores that sell general merchandise in many different product categories: gardening, tools, outdoor, housewares, electronics, small appliances, automotive accessories, and toys. The department stores carry between 25 000 to 35 000 different items depending on the season. They also sell a wide assortment of international and local branded products. In order to fasten supplier onboarding and to improve multichannel sales, Hong Kong selects a Product Information Management (PIM) solution from Heiler Software.
